what's going on you guys Tyler wandering therapist here I'm actually out on a boys trip with my brothers and a cousin of mine out in Texas at at my cousin's Lakehouse I'm fortunate enough to have the opportunity to come and do a yearly trip with them sometimes we do it here but we do it other places too every year and I just got me thinking a little bit about the benefit of having real relationships other than the people to whom we're married of course we want the deepest relation ship to be with those that we are married to but I believe that having a great team of other people actually helps strengthen a marriage and it also completely helps to increase the quality of life and I just wanted to throw a quick shout out to the people in my life the boys that are here this weekend but also everybody else in my life that I know deeply cares about me that actively Works to have a relationship with me um and thinking of the importance of being able to do that work to make sure that relationships are cultivated that's something I don't often do very well in my own life uh with certain people and so got me thinking a little bit and I wanted to just mention this and maybe have you think about your own relationships and ask number one do you have a team of people in your life that you know do a couple of things for you one they hold you deeply accountable for the things that you're trying to do to change your life to improve your life we should be constantly in motion but also you know they love you enough that when they're saying what they say to you they have their they have your best interest in mind and what a gift it is that if we have a few people in our life at any given moment that can produce both of those things at the same time the push for Change and complete acceptance and love and I hope that whoever is watching this if you're watching this that you have people in your life that fit that bill on both sides and if you do I'd encourage you to reach out to them and Express gratitude to them for what they produce in your life and the gifts that they give you and continue to build those relationships so that in time of need they're there for you to help you out so I know it's been something that's been really really beneficial to my life it's something that I need to constantly keep improving on and uh I hope you guys have an awesome day thank you so much for being here with me if you found this to be valuable for you please hit the like And subscribe button if you're facing particular struggles that you need help with or roadblocks that you're running into please submit a question I'd be happy to answer it for you [Music]
