Each event is based on our core principles but is experienced through a slightly different medium. We are thoughtful in the process of the experiences we craft, targeting specific emotions and calling upon change from within and without. This is at the crux of how we help people and what we've seen to be effective.
We believe strongly that any and all of these events would benefit you in living a more WHOLEHEARTED and connected life.
Types
Retreats

All inclusive events; incredible meals 🥘, housing 🏡, and transportation 🚐 provided and smaller group size with higher quality and intensity of experience. These usually span over a few days. We currently host these annually in Northern and Southern Utah.
Conferences

We provide some stellar programming, a great space for connection, and support through our team. You provide your own accommodations. These events have larger groups and usually are held between 24-48 hours over a weekend.
Experiences
FREE <-> $$$
These are singular events held throughout the year in various places (Logan, Utah) as the epicenter. You'd want to subscribe to our calendar to stay updated with these. Many of them will be seemingly random but each has an intention for connection behind it. This includes combinations of things like programming, physical movement, nature, art, and music (and anything else useful to incorporate).
Experience Groups

We provide the weekly programming, consistency, support, and other like-hearted people. You show up and commit fully (then sit back and watch the connection and growth happen 😂). These are local events, ideal for people living in Cache Valley.
Classes
FREE <-> $$
We offer classes in a one-off format as well as in a serial format. This can be in the form of Yoga, Equine-Assisted Therapy, Psycho-Education, Breathwork, Painting and so on. These are held in-person and online (often in hybrid format).
Presentations / Trainings

We LOVE sharing what we have learned. We are glad to provide trainings to charities, schools, and churches free of charge (and we won't market anything either!) We're also happy to accommodate companies and corporations for a negotiable fee.

Women's Yoga
Trauma-informed Yoga Class
Healing from betrayal or past trauma is a major challenge. We've learned it's best to employ more than cognitive therapy alone to make the healing process more impactful and lasting. Our trauma-informed yoga class will provide you with an additional space to connect to your own heart, mind, and body while being in the company of some really incredible women going through a similar journey.
Couple's Equine Therapy
Horse-Assisted Group
Your relationship with your partner can be the most wonderful relationship you'll ever have or it can be a living hell. Whether you're trying to rebuild trust, develop better communication, or have a really fun experience together, our Couple's Equine Therapy program can aid you in the process to strengthen your relationship.
Public Speaking
We've presented to audiences from 5 to 1000 and have been grateful for the impact of each one on those who have attended. Our presentations have been described as: "Powerful" , "Emotional", "Evocative"
We can help you audience, congregation, or team feel empowered and encouraged in overcoming sex addiction, betrayal trauma, and shame.
Church Leadership Training
Your congregation needs you more than ever to have the capacity to help them come closer to Christ. Knowledge is power. We offer free church leadership training to enable you to help the members of your flock overcome the power of pornography, sex addiction, infidelity and shame and heal from betrayal.
We offer specialized training for LDS leadership including Bishoprics, Stake Presidencies, and Ward Council Members. We also provide powerful firesides for wards and youth. All of these services are free and uncommercialized.
