[Music] what's going on you guys Tyler wanding therapist here I was out just walking my dog this afternoon a little thunderstorm just blew in right when I got a phone call from a friend who proceeded to tell me that I uh that they were getting ready to go through a divorce it totally floored me I totally surprised and uh and I'm kind of speechless even right now as I as I'm speaking this but I felt just kind of this cool experience while it was happening too so I wanted to share it uh as I'm hearing this friend of mine talk about the process that they're in obviously there's a really difficult time that they're going through and they haven't told anybody like nobody really knows and this happens a lot with a lot of my clients they feel so in such a dark place that they don't want to share things when they're going through hard hard times and yet that Darkness continues to be there and it feels so heavy and it feels like you can't breathe and uh and so as I listened and tried to support this friend I was looking out out of my car and just noticed this sky behind me and I just wanted to share this with you guys how beautiful that is how amazing the sky is all the way around what really strikes me in all of this is the contrast from dark to light it's almost like the whole panoramic view is sort of an illustration of kind of how our lives are where there's patches of Darkness interspersed with patches of brightness and light sometimes you get little pieces of darkness and big pieces of Darkness or right there's a big patch of light but that's what life's all about and I just wanted to share my thoughts that I'm grateful for for a life in a world where we get to experience both ends of the spectrum we get to experience the joys of Life the savors of the little things the satisfactory things the peaceful things the joyful things the things that add Vibrance and Savor to living and we also get a chance to experience some of the painful things because that's what life is about it's about opposition in both in all things and it's that opposition that leads to the biggest amount of growth we can't grow unless we're stretched and if we're stretched too far we can't grow and sometimes we need to release or be relaxed or to to have some success and when you pair both of those things together you get the perfect laboratory for the perfect amount of growth and I'm grateful for that and it's just my thought today to share with you that wherever you're at and if you're in a dark patch or if you're in a light patch to enjoy the process and accept the process process for what it is which is a human experience that allows for the maximum level of growth I'd love to hear what you guys' thoughts are on this and hope you have a great day thank you so much for being here with me if you found this to be valuable for you please hit the like And subscribe button if you're facing particular struggles that you need help with or roadblocks that you're running into please submit a question I'd be happy to answer it for [Music] you [Music]
