This program is designed to give you the foundation you need to build your new life in recovery. It's fresh perspective along with a wealth of knowledge for both the betrayed and the addicted. You'll come away feeling empowered and encouraged + you might make some new friends.
Women's Yoga
Trauma-informed Yoga Class
Healing from betrayal or past trauma is a major challenge. We've learned it's best to employ more than cognitive therapy alone to make the healing process more impactful and lasting. Our trauma-informed yoga class will provide you with an additional space to connect to your own heart, mind, and body while being in the company of some really incredible women going through a similar journey.

Whether you're trying to rebuild trust, develop better communication, or have a really fun experience together, our Couple's Equine Therapy program can aid you in the process to strengthen your relationship.

Church Leadership Training
Your congregation needs you more than ever to have the capacity to help them come closer to Christ. Knowledge is power. We offer free church leadership training to enable you to help the members of your flock overcome the power of pornography, sex addiction, infidelity and shame and heal from betrayal.
We offer specialized training for LDS leadership including Bishoprics, Stake Presidencies, and Ward Council Members.
We also provide powerful firesides for wards and youth.
All of these services are free and uncommercialized.
