foreign therapist out here just on a morning hike actually just stumbled into my very first dirt deer shed I haven't been out a whole lot just because it's been so snowy this year and it had a lot of soccer games and other travel and so it's my really my first hike out and I just was walking through this little forest and just kind of stumbled right into that so you can kind of see antler here that's pretty neat for some reason I love finding these things I know other people are like that's all it is is just a piece of bone but I love finding them I love thinking about the deer and how they survive the winter here the shot of like dopamine that happens when you finally stumble into one because you don't find them all that often and I just maybe start thinking a little bit about just a principle in life this is one of my passions it's something I love to do to come and find antlers but the only way you ever find one is if you're you're in the game and I'm not really good at doing this either I'm like the blind squirrel that finds a nut once in a while but I do think there's a principle of wholehearted living here which is whatever your target is even if you're not good at it you're much more likely to find success if you put yourself in the arena where you can find that success and even if you don't find a lot of success a little bit of success here and there is enough to keep you going it gives you that boost in your energy it gives you that boost in dopamine it allows you to kind of continue to want to keep learning even if it's the hard lessons as you kind of don't know and you have to gain it through experience and so my thought for you today is what arena are you facing well what goal do you have what challenge do you want to accept what hobby do you have and are you spending the time to put yourself in the arena where you can actually go and find that success and if you're not maybe a couple of questions what's preventing you from doing that what would make it possible to make it more of a priority in your life and what would be the benefit in your life if you were to actually make the time for it just wanted to share those thoughts with you today hope you have a great one we'll talk to you later bye thank you so much for being here with me if you found this to be valuable for you please hit the like And subscribe button if you're facing particular struggles that you need help with or roadblocks that you're running into please submit a question I'd be happy to answer it for you [Music]
