As part of our human nature, we tend to look for the negative in our life. This is especially true when there are a big shifts and added stresses that come in. Now seems to be one of those times for most, if not all. This tip is about Gratitude and the impact that gratitude can have when dealing with added stress.

Exercise:

  1. Think of someone you feel gratitude for (preferably someone that you haven’t connected to in a while).
  2. Write a handwritten note/letter of gratitude to that person for the things they have done for you.
  3. Mail that note/letter to the person (don’t let it gather dust!)
