Chelsea Aniel Jones

"The Songwriter"

I have a passion for helping those who often feel invisible and misunderstood. Using evidence-based approaches, I will walk alongside you as we unpack your past, navigate current concerns, and work towards your dream life. Together, we will sift through what values you hold in your heart to traverse cultural, family, and personal expectations.

I’ve worked with women in betrayal trauma in some capacity since 2021, including participating in group therapy as well as assisting in three of Love Strong’s Radiant Dawn women’s retreats. My training includes a specialization in neurodiversity, including a certificate from the Utah Regional Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. I've engaged in multiple trainings for Acceptance and Commitment therapy as well as Mind-Body Bridging.

I have a professional background in helping those with neurodiverse disorders. Obstacles my clients and I would walk through together include feeling alone, low self-esteem, ineffective coping strategies, and anxiety. Our initial sessions will include learning about your past and present to paint the picture of your ideal future. I am intentional about creating a safe space to process and grow.

My Personal Life

Originally from Florida, I’m the oldest of five kids and am a first-generation American. I received my B.S. in Elementary Education and worked as an educator in Idaho and Utah. My dad is a retired Navy veteran whose role took us to live in Spain, Germany, and Georgia (the state, not the country). I have been married to my best friend for almost 10 years and we have three beautiful kids together. In my free time, I enjoy playing the guitar for jam sessions, painting, and listening to/writing comedy.
