Foundations = The Best Place To Start Your Recovery!!!

Foundations of Recovery is a 6 week program meant for learning the fundamental principles and skills that will lead to healing and lasting change! This program is designed for individuals and couples who are seeking to overcome issues specifically related to pornography / sexual compulsive behaviors and heal from betrayal trauma. Some of the topics we will dive into are the following:

• Understanding the physical and emotional process of addiction
• Understanding and responding to relational trauma for partners
• Developing skills to cope with triggers and painful emotions
• Managing Toxic Shame
• Setting healthy boundaries in relationships
• Understanding principles of attachment in communication
• Learning and practicing the basic skills of mindfulness

What Does The Class Look Like?

We’ll have a group of about 20 members of men and women with similar goals of growth and healing in the class. Each night we’ll have a portion of the evening devoted to learning, taught by a trained therapist, followed by a portion devoted to processing and connection. The space we create is designed to be safe and confidential and our team supporting you is made up of true specialists for this purpose.

When Do We Meet?

• First night: September 9th 2024 @5:30
• Final Night:October 14th 2024.
• The program meets each Monday for 6 weeks for about 2-3 hours.
