Professionally
I have always loved creating— this passion led me to get my BS in Product Development at USU. Shortly after, life took me down an unexpected path where I found healing through yoga. In an effort to gain more knowledge for myself, I got my 200 RYT through the Moga Movement. I soon realized I had a passion to create spaces for others to connect with themselves and heal, so I went on to complete the Trauma Based Yoga Module at Lotus Yoga Studio. My yoga classes focus on practicing presence, connecting to, and honoring the body. I believe this self awareness opens us up to the opportunity to heal, grow, and create the lives we’re striving for.
Personal Life
Hello! I love creating and embracing a sense of adventure in my life. I grew up in the Ogden, UT area and now live in Cache Valley with my amazing husband and 2 wonderfully wild kiddos that I love with all my heart. I love being in the great outdoors. This is where I feel most connected to myself, to God, and my Savior and Creator, Jesus Christ. I love backpacking, camping, and paddle boarding. While I adore the outdoors, most of my days seem like a whirlwind of chasing kids, cleaning up messes, and managing chaos. When I make time for myself— if I’m not outside— some hobbies I also love are making sourdough bread, painting, and playing the piano.
